By using evergladeslumber.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Nature of the service

Everglades Lumber Exchange is an independent materials sourcing marketplace. ELX reviews buyer quote requests and may help identify relevant suppliers. Any introduction or sharing of buyer contact details requires buyer approval. ELX does not itself supply, sell, hold inventory of, or guarantee the price or availability of building materials.

Everglades Lumber Exchange operates as an independent sourcing marketplace and does not claim to represent or be affiliated with lumber suppliers using a similar name. Users should confirm supplier identity, current business status, inventory and capabilities directly with each supplier.

Submitting a quote request does not constitute a purchase order, binding contract, or price guarantee.
Any transaction entered into with a supplier is solely between you and that supplier.
ELX is not responsible for supplier availability, pricing, delivery, quality or any dispute arising from a supplier relationship.

Supplier terms

Suppliers must provide accurate information about their service area, categories, capabilities and contact details.
Falsely claiming business capabilities, territory or certifications is grounds for immediate removal.
ELX may remove, update or verify directory listings at any time.
